Maison de la Poste

This former goods train station has been transformed into the most inspiring conference and events centres in Brussels where participants from all over the world meet to share ideas and to create stories.

Beyond the heritage venue

Brussels is not only the capital of Europe and Belgium, but also of Flanders. Hence, it is only logical that a Flanders Heritage Venue is located on the banks of the river Zenne. In the early 20th century, Maison de la Poste served as the administrative center for Tour & Taxis, at that time the largest logistics hub of the country. From here, goods from all corners of the world were forwarded to their final destination.

Maison de la Poste is a masterpiece of beautifully renovated industrial heritage. You are welcome to host an event in one of the 15 conference and meeting rooms. Some of these rooms were created by renowned Belgian interior designers. Furthermore, each room is decorated according to its own theme, always with a cosy look & feel. Event Lounge cares about the environment and limits its CO² emissions wherever possible. In this respect, Event Lounge has signed the “Green Key” & “CO2LOGIC” charter and has undertaken a series of steps to limit its ecological footprint, without however endangering its correct functioning and efficiency.

Docks Dome

Docks Dome is a flexible space of 3000m², including 2 panoramic terraces, a huge freight lift and loading dock, and has obtained the BREEAM certificate of excellence. Its hall of 957m² is suited for all types of events.

Docks Dome is easily accessible, has sufficient parking and can hold up to 1000 people for a seminar, or 800 people for a seated dinner. We have a professional team to help you organize your event from A to Z, and allow you to choose your own caterer to work in our kitchen space. The loading dock and freight lift allow for easy set-up, and facilitate access for cars and foodtrucks in the hall and on the terraces.

With its surface of 3000m² and its capacity to accommodate 150 till 1400 people, Docks Dome is perfect for conferences, cocktail evenings, (walking) dinners, concerts, … The space is surrounded by a zinc envelope and offers incredible natural lighting with its large bay windows. The terraces offer a breathtaking view of Brussels. Inside, the walls are covered with beautiful night blue hangings and the space can be divided in two or three zones, according to the configuration of your event. It is accessible by all kinds of transports: by train, tram, bus, bike, car and by foot.
