A venue that does upcycling !

Instead of demolishing old buildings, we reused existing structures and materials in a circular way and gave them new purpose. For example, the office building material was preserved and recycled, with scenography added and renovations making the building ready for the future. However, because the site was once a concrete slab, it needs to be greened; a forest will be planted near the office and the Landbeek zone will become part of the side valley. Sustainable mobility is also a focal point, with a fast-charging station for electric cars and a bike path connecting to Grimbergen and Brussels

Our venue can host up to 500 attendees in a plenary session and offers ample parking and a central location for convenience. With both indoor and outdoor options, our venue provides dedicated staff, flexible possibilities, breakout rooms for up to 300 people, catering services, and AV partners to ensure your event is a success.
