Respace Airport

Our venue, (re)space Airport, offers over 2.500 m² of fully modular and modern spaces, accommodating a wide range of event formats.

Ideally located just minutes from Brussels Airport and close to major road connections — we provide optimal accessibility and flexibility for all participants, with a 400+ on-site parking spaces available and access through public transportation (with a 5min walking distance from Diegem train station) or shuttle services, as well as through a cycle highway. Cherry on top, the venue also provides a large 500m2 outdoor terrace.

At (re)space, we transform temporarily vacant buildings into valuable, inspiring environments: event venues, flexible offices, plug-and-play meeting rooms, and coworking areas.

Event Spaces and Capacities:

• The Grand Hall (up to 400 guests theatre / 550 guests cocktail): equipped with a large high-resolution LED wall, LED ambient lighting. Ideal for conferences, presentations, and large gatherings.
• The Gallery (up to 250 guests theatre / 400 guests cocktail): equipped with a large high-resolution LED wall, LED ambient lighting. Ideal for conferences, presentations, and large gatherings.
• The Rotunda (up to 120 guests theatre / 200 guests cocktail): features a LED Wall. Perfect for parallel sessions, workshops, or mid-sized plenaries.
• The Suites: with 7 different meeting rooms + 1 small plenary (up to 80 guests in theatre)
