We are proud to celebrate Train World, one of our esteemed members, for receiving the Ecodynamic Enterprise Label with a 1-star rating! 🌟 This recognition highlights Train World’s ongoing efforts to reduce its environmental impact and implement sustainable practices across its operations.

What is the Ecodynamic Enterprise Label?

The Ecodynamic Enterprise Label is a free and official certification awarded to organizations in Brussels that actively work to minimize the environmental impact of their activities. It evaluates and rewards eco-management initiatives in various areas, including:

  • Waste prevention and circular economy
  • Rational energy use
  • Worker mobility management
  • Sustainable food practices

The label rates organizations on a three-level scale (one, two, or three stars) based on their environmental performance. Importantly, it evaluates the eco-management of an organization, not the ecological nature of its core business or products.

Train World’s Commitment to Sustainability

This 1-star recognition is a testament to the efforts of the Train World team, who have implemented impactful eco-management practices such as:

  • Sustainable purchasing
  • Reducing waste
  • Lowering water and electricity consumption

These initiatives reflect Train World’s dedication to not only preserving the history of railways but also contributing to a sustainable future.

A Step Towards a Greener Brussels

By earning this label, Train World sets an inspiring example for other organizations, showing that integrating sustainability into daily operations is both achievable and impactful.

Join us in congratulating Train World for this remarkable accomplishment! Together, we can pave the way for a greener, more sustainable Brussels.
