But first, find the BSV Venue Finder button , the icon, which you can locate on the left of the sidebar, is your key to a user-friendly search experience.

With a single click, you can instantly refine your search and discover your ideal venue.

Step two: tailor your search with filters

The Venue Finder Tool is a convenient, multi-criteria search bar with built-in filters. Imagine a one-stop shop that shortlists great venues based on your exact needs!

Here’s how it works

• Selecting your ideal setup from the different categories. What will it be, a cocktail reception or a seated dinner?
• Pick your anticipated guest count and ideal room size, among other criteria. 

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Use our bonus filters for a more advanced search. Whether you’re after an eco-friendly space, a venue featuring a terrace, or something else, these optional filters help you find a suitable space.

Step three: explore the different event locations

With all the crucial details in place, it’s time to find your perfect match. Click search and let our BSV finder work its magic. Our system will sift through our entire database in seconds, generating a curated list of locations that tick your boxes! 

Each venue listing features a venue preview with a high-res image. You’ll also see the addresses and get a glimpse of the different venue styles.

Step four: dig deeper into venue options that interest you

If they catch your eye, click on the venue snapshot for a closer look. Each event venue in Brussels has a detailed profile packed with information about its best features, facilities, city location, atmosphere and more. You can then flip through the carousel of images presented and imagine your event coming to life in these spaces.

Further down the page, you’ll get a rundown of the venue’s facilities, support and additional extras provided. Factors like including clean, in-house catering and onsite AV teams can make a big difference in planning your event! 

You should also scroll to the bottom of the page for a comprehensive breakdown of the venue’s room sizes and volume. We provide key information about capacity limits and measurements in square metres so you know how many guests can fit.
