Brussels Special Venues Members Meeting

This past Monday, we had the pleasure of gathering with all our members at the breathtaking Track venue for a day filled with insightful presentations and valuable networking opportunities. It was an inspiring event, designed to foster collaboration, exchange ideas, and strengthen our community.

The morning began with a series of mini-presentations from key contributors, each bringing fresh perspectives and updates:

  • Heidi Martens, our Association Manager, kicked things off by sharing an overview of our current projects and exciting upcoming initiatives.
  • Kjell Materman and Virginie Lurkin from Visit Brussels followed with an update on their latest efforts to promote Brussels as a premier destination for events, highlighting the opportunities for our venues.
  • The team from Creotivity then shared their insights on the latest digital improvements for the association, showcasing how technology is shaping our future.
  • Lucas Verhaegen from the venue Hi! introduced their cutting-edge management platform, which generated a lot of interest and curiosity from our members.
  • Lastly, Charlotte Kindt presented Eurostar and explained how their services can provide valuable benefits to our venues, offering exciting opportunities for future collaborations.

The morning wrapped up with a delicious lunch prepared by the talented WITLOF caterers. The lunch provided the perfect setting for members to continue networking, exchanging ideas, and discussing potential partnerships in a relaxed atmosphere.
