Event Lounge, a former film studio in Schaerbeek, Brussels, has rebuilt its technical infrastructure. For event managers and agencies, that means a venue for up to 1,150 guests where light, sound and vision are ready when you arrive, so you can focus on the action.
What’s new at Event Lounge?
This spring, Event Lounge teamed up with Laser System Europe (LSE), now its on-site technical partner. The 1,250 m² studio, with its infinity cyclorama and heavy rigging capacity, runs on Barco 4K projectors (15,000 lumens), an L-Acoustics sound system and upgraded lighting. The headline act: an image surface of 8 to 45 linear metres, plus 12 kinetic structures that reshape the room in real time.
What does that change for organisers?
Less to bring in, less to rig. New video, lighting and kinetic packages let the studio adapt to your format. That opens the door to product launches, award shows, hybrid conferences or immersive brand experiences, where the technology helps carry the story.
How many guests can Event Lounge host?
Up to 1,150 for a single event. Across 2,500 m² and 11 event rooms, the venue ranges from the 1,250 m² studio to meeting rooms for twelve. In-house catering and an outdoor terrace complete the picture.
How do you get to Event Lounge?
Event Lounge is located at Boulevard Général Wahis 16F, 1030 Brussels, with easy access to the Brussels Ring, the European institutions and Brussels Airport. Coming by car? The private car park holds 150 cars, with around 400 more spaces nearby.
