Brussels Special Venues: Bringing Our 57 Member Venues Together

On Monday 06th October, Brussels Special Venues (BSV) hosted its annual members’ meeting — a day dedicated to collaboration, exchange, and community. The gathering brought together representatives from our 57 member venues, all sharing one goal: to make Brussels shine as a leading destination for exceptional events.

The meeting provided an opportunity to look back on recent achievements, share upcoming plans for the months ahead, and discuss new initiatives designed to strengthen the visibility and impact of our collective network. From marketing projects to upcoming campaigns and events, the enthusiasm in the room was proof of the shared passion that drives BSV forward.

Beyond presentations and discussions, the meeting was above all a moment of connection. Members exchanged experiences, ideas, and best practices — highlighting the diversity and creativity that define Brussels’ event scene.

The day concluded with a friendly lunch, where conversations flowed easily, partnerships were strengthened, and new ideas began to take shape.
