La Tricoterie Launches New Sustainable Catering Projects

La Tricoterie — known for its cultural spirit, community focus, and human-centred approach — is taking a major step forward with two new initiatives centred on sustainable food.

The first is the launch of Traiteur Durable, a fully redesigned catering service offering responsible, seasonal, and eco-friendly menus for events of all sizes. Through its new website, organisers can now discover a wide range of sustainable culinary options aligned with La Tricoterie’s values.

At the same time, La Tricoterie has opened Fringales, a charming local grocery store located right next door. More than a shop, Fringales also provides catering services and highlights local producers, artisanal goods, and short-supply-chain ingredients.

Together, these initiatives strengthen La Tricoterie’s mission: building connections, supporting local ecosystems, and offering more responsible solutions for the Brussels event community.
