Coronavirus (COVID19) update | Brussels Special venues

Update 26 January 2021:
We are continuing to follow the guidance set out by the Belgian Government regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. So, check back here for regular updates.

Brussels Special Venues are NOT CLOSED!

Meetings, conferences, receptions and banquets with audiences are currently still suspended but Brussels Special Venues rooms can be used by companies, public services and associations to organise professional meetings which cannot be organised remotely, for virtual and hybrid meetings as well as for site visits.
Indeed, for months now, our venues have prepared for the “new normal” by further developing their services and helping to organise events while ensuring health, safety and the well-being of all.

Discover the numerous solutions that are in place already for your next event:

Find a venue where there are (really) strict health and safety policies

Find a venue that holds the new Brussels Health Safety Label

Find a venue already equipped with new technologies for virtual or hybrid events

Find a venue that will you allow you to postpone your event without charge if Covid restrictions oblige
